    Interior: We carefully move furniture to the center of the room, cover it with fresh plastic, and lay drop cloths over all flooring.

    Exterior: We wash surfaces by hand or with a pressure washer to remove dirt, mildew, and anything else that might get in the way of a clean finish.

  • 2. Surface Preparation

    Quality starts with what you don’t see.

    Interior: We fill holes and cracks, sand scuffed spots, and spot-prime where needed.

    Exterior: We scrape loose paint, sand glossy areas, and re-caulk joints and seams for long-lasting protection.

    Interior & Exterior: Once surfaces are prepped, we prime any repaired areas and apply premium paint for a smooth, even finish.

    We leave your home better than we found it.

    We clean up daily and fully when the job is done. Furniture is returned, drop cloths removed, and surfaces wiped down.

    Outside, we tidy up tools, materials, and check every area for leftover debris.

  • 5. Final Walkthrough

    You’ll see the difference—and feel it too.

    We’ll point out what we did, answer any questions, and make sure you’re fully satisfied.
